Sand, wood, rocks, and crystals are the basic elements used in the creations of Mihail Mazarakis. Although Mihail has not traveled far in his life, his works are inspired by the energies around him and the results are a synthesis of cultures which include Indian, African, and Asian, and the natural surroundings of Greece. If you look closely, you will see he has created abstract villages, dancers, fire, and faces that are alive and moving. His decorated mirrors impressed me the most. The colors and detail he has incorporated into the wood frames each have a special meaning. They are available in a variety of sizes and can also ordered through Mihail to fit your specific dimensions. His prices range from 10 Euros to 400 Euros. Visitors to his workshop from this site are welcomed with favorable pricing. For the best luck, you should arrange an appointment with Mihail via email or telephone. He speaks excellent English, so don't hesitate to contact him if you are interested in his works!
