A Non-Touristic Approach to Shopping in Greece

Ioanna Georgiou has been designing and making glassware since 1990. Her company, Yiali, located in Koukaki, Athens, creates everything from tabletops, to lamps, to tableware. All the designs are hand painted by Ioanna and secured between two pieces of lead free crystal glass. This keeps the glass durable and usable, since the design cannot fade or be hurt. All the materials used are sent from Sweden. Ioanna's, always original pieces are signed and stamped for authenticity. Her lamps are exclusive to Aegean Affair in the U.S.A.
